Giving birth at HonorHealth Sonoran Crossing Medical Center

Sonoran Crossing, HonorHealth’s newest medical center, provides you the support, resources and expertise you need to welcome your baby into the world. Everyone’s focus will be on supporting you during your stay.

Designed for family-centered care, our unit features large, private delivery rooms with incredible mountain views. The goal is to provide your family with an individualized birthing experience in a quiet, comfortable setting. Experienced physicians and nurses are always available to ensure all your questions are answered and your needs are met. During your stay, you can order room service and will have free internet access.

The Labor and Delivery unit at Sonoran Crossing has six labor and delivery rooms and 15 post-partum rooms. Two cesarean section rooms are available in the event any surgical intervention is necessary to ensure safe delivery of your baby.
After delivery, your baby will remain with you in your post-partum room until discharge. This provides quality bonding time and gives you and your family an opportunity to ask questions and to prepare for what to expect at home.

Everything you need for a safe arrival

You and your baby’s medical needs will be met by an experienced and dedicated team of physicians, obstetricians, neonatologists and nurses supporting you at each stage of your delivery and beyond.
