If you’re a current HonorHealth patient that needs to see a doctor for a non-urgent illness or injury but are unable to get an appointment quickly with your primary care provider, try a telemedicine visit. These video visits can connect you to one of our expert providers in a matter of minutes, all from the comfort of your home.

Telemedicine visits are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. To begin, all you need to do is call the HonorHealth Customer Navigation Center at 623-580-5800 and speak to one of our agents. They will set you up with a telemedicine visit for a time that works best for you while on the phone. The agent will then connect you with a medical assistant who will guide you through the process of preparing you for your visit.

Please note: You will need a smartphone or tablet with video capabilities to connect to your virtual appointment.

  • Cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms
