For your convenience, HonorHealth offers outpatient therapy services at the locations listed below.

Making an appointment is easy. Call one of our locations from 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you're a new patient, you'll most likely receive your appointment time within 48 hours. And staff will be happy to assist you with insurance verification and prior authorization, as well as information on providers and out-of-network expenses.
