Especially during and after pregnancy, moms need to know other women are experiencing what they're experiencing. We offer multiple opportunities to connect with moms-to-be or new moms just like you.

Pregnancy and Postpartum Depression Support Group

This group is focused on moms experiencing depression or anxiety during pregnancy or after childbirth. The group is facilitated by a licensed psychologist. These free sessions take place at the Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center in the first-floor Education Center, 10460 N. 92nd St., Scottsdale.

Moms on the Move (M.O.M)

M.O.M. meets weekly to provide social interaction, support and practical information for new mothers. Bring your baby and meet other new moms as you learn from their experiences, share your adventures and gather helpful information to assist you in parenting. These sessions take place at Scottsdale Shea Medical Center in the first-floor Brady Conference Center.

Child Loss Support Group

This group is for those who have experienced the loss of a child through an illness, accident or natural causes. The group allows parents, guardians and caregivers the opportunity to share experiences, grieve together in a group setting and receive encouragement and assistance from others. The group is facilitated by a licensed psychologist and is provided at no charge at the Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center's first-floor Education Center, 10460 N. 92nd St., Scottsdale.

Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Group

A Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Group helps those who have experienced the loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, ectopic pregnancy, or the death of a newborn.

No one anticipates the loss of a baby during pregnancy or birth. The Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Group gives parents the opportunity to share their experiences and receive encouragement and assistance from other parents.

The group is facilitated by a licensed psychologist and provided at no charge at the Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center's first-floor Education Center, 10460 N. 92nd St., Scottsdale. Walk-ins are welcome.
