Our Patient Relations team is here to help ensure that your experience at HonorHealth is a good one. Your care team is your primary resource for questions or concerns, however if your concern remains unresolved, the Patient Relations team is another resource for you. If you, or a family member, have a question about your hospital stay or Medical Group visit, please let us know.
