At HonorHealth, we make it easy for you to connect. You can contact the Patient Relations team by phone, email, mail or by completing our online form.
Please note: If you or a loved one are currently in a HonorHealth facility receiving care, please connect with a member of your care team for urgent needs or concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
You can reach the patient relations team by email at PatientRelations@honorhealth.com. The patient relations team respond to emails Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
When emailing, please include:
- Your first and last name
- Phone number with area code
- Name of the location where your visit took place
Please do not include any private information (birth date, social security number or any information about your medical condition).
