You may have noticed something new on the HonorHealth website. To help you find what you need quicker, web chat is now available on every page in the lower right-hand corner.
The chat feature is designed to help you answer common questions, including:
- Finding a doctor and requesting an appointment
- Logging into MyChart
- Seeing accepted insurance plans
- Paying a bill
- Getting information about COVID-19
You also have the option to chat with a live agent from our Customer Navigation Center during normal business hours:
- Monday 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
- Tuesday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
We will continue to add additional features to the tool to give you more flexibility at your fingertips.
