Chat tool helps you navigate your healthcare needs

You may have noticed something new on the HonorHealth website. To help you find what you need quicker, web chat is now available on every page in the lower right-hand corner.

The chat feature is designed to help you answer common questions, including:

  • Finding a doctor and requesting an appointment
  • Logging into MyChart
  • Seeing accepted insurance plans
  • Paying a bill
  • Getting information about COVID-19

You also have the option to chat with a live agent from our Customer Navigation Center during normal business hours:

  • Monday 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Tuesday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

We will continue to add additional features to the tool to give you more flexibility at your fingertips.
