To help you find what you need quicker, web chat is now available on every page of the HonorHealth website in the lower right-hand corner.
The chat feature is designed to help you answer common questions, including how to:
- Find a doctor
- Schedule an appointment
- Log into MyChart
- View accepted insurance plans
- Pay your bill
You can also chat with a live agent from our Customer Navigation Center during normal business hours:
- Monday - 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Tuesday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
We'll continue to add features to the tool to give you more flexibility at your fingertips.
Coming soon: A symptom checker will be added to help direct you to the most appropriate care based on your symptoms.
Start a chat
To begin a chat conversation, click or tap on the teal bubble in the lower right-hand corner of your screen or mobile device to get started. You can also access the tool by clicking on “Chat with Us” at the top of your screen.
