Application information

HonorHealth seeks outstanding applicants for a one-year, ACGME-accredited fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. The fellowships are open to ACGME residency graduates with a subspecialty of anesthesiology, family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, psychiatry, or radiation oncology. Upon completion, fellows will become eligible for board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.

Applications are now being accepted for 2021-2022 academic year. HonorHealth’s Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship program participates in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) for two fellowship positions. The program does not currently accept visas.

Interested applicants should be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Curriculum vitae (CV)
  • Personal statement
  • Medical school diploma
  • A program director's letter and two other letters of recommendation
  • Official test transcripts for all applicable examinations (USMLE or COMLEX)
  • A valid ECFMG certificate (if you graduated from medical school outside of the United States)
  • A photograph

If you are considered for an interview at HonorHealth you will meet with the program director and selected faculty. Interviews are conducted between September and October.
